The HR Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The HR Executive will be accountable to the Head of HR.

Requirements

·      Be proficient in the English language;

 

·     Have post-secondary level education. Qualifications specific to HR will be considered an asset;

  

·      Have at least two (2) years' experience in a previous HR role or similar AND knowledge of HR software.

Competencies

-      Administrative and organisational skills;

-      Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations;

-      Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping;

-      Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally;

-      Ability to work independently and collaboratively;

-      Experienced in customer-facing environment, understanding the significance of providing outstanding service;

-      Highly organised with good time management skills;

-      Technology and HR systems proficiency.
