Senior Sector Sports Days

March 24, 2025

What an incredible two days as our Senior Sector students took to the field for our annual Sports Days! Students showcased their talents across a diverse range of events—from lightning-fast sprints and endurance-testing long-distance races and games to impressive displays of strength in shot put and gravity-defying high jumps.

Sports Day exemplifies what our school community is all about: friendly competition, house spirit, and students supporting each other while having fun. The energy was electric as each house battled for those crucial points, with vibrant team colours dotting the landscape and enthusiastic cheers filling the air.

Congratulations to our well-deserving house champions:

  • Grade 8: Blue House
  • Grade 9: Blue House
  • Grade 10: Green House
  • Grade 11: Blue House
  • Grade 12: Red House

These well-earned points will be added to individual student Achievement and Behaviour records, contributing to their overall house standings for the year.

Throughout the competition, we witnessed countless displays of determination, sportsmanship, and personal achievement. Students who had trained diligently saw their efforts rewarded, while others discovered newfound athletic abilities they hadn't realized they possessed.

The camaraderie was particularly evident during relay events, where teamwork and coordination proved just as important as individual speed and skill. Even students who weren't competing showed tremendous support from the sidelines, creating an atmosphere of encouragement and school unity.

A special thank you to our dedicated PE Department for organizing such a seamless and exciting event! Their meticulous planning, attention to detail, and enthusiasm ensured that both participants and spectators enjoyed a memorable experience that celebrated the best of our school community.
