This morning, San Anton School was privileged to participate in the Dinja Waħda Awards Ceremony, hosted by Birdlife Malta, celebrating the accomplishments of schools engaged in the 2022/2023 programme.
Our school took immense pride in receiving the prestigious Gold award, gratefully accepted by Ms. Nicky Azzopardi, Head of Early Years, alongside Francesca Cassar, our Dinja Waħda & Outdoor Education Coordinator, and Grade 1 educator.
Additionally, we were thrilled to learn that San Anton School secured a place among the Top 3 Dinja Waħda schools for 2022/3. Throughout the academic year, our Early Years teams have involved children in a myriad of hands-on learning activities focused on exploring the world around them. These activities have ignited curiosity and provided children with firsthand experiences across diverse themes.
Moreover, the Grade One teams were commended with a certificate of appreciation for their unwavering dedication in covering all the outlined topics within the comprehensive Dinja Waħda Action Guide.
