For the sixth year running, the UK Adventure Trip at PGL for the grade 10 students was held during the Easter holidays. This trip is organised by the PE Department at San Anton School, and this year’s group consisted of 26 students and 3 teachers.
PGL Liddington, just outside Swindon, was yet again our home for 9 action-packed days, full of thrills and adventure. Activities included favourites such as Aeroball, raft building, canoeing, Jacob’s ladder, abseiling and tree-top trail. Other less adrenaline fuelled activities were the first ais sessions, sensory trail and problem solving.
This trip is ideal to instil in our students a sense of teamwork and perseverance – two attributes that reflect perfectly San Anton School’s ethos.
